Mr. Wilson Conner's Obituary
Wilson Conner was born December 14, 1962, in Lauderdale, MS. He was the fourth of eight children born to Helen Conner and the late James Preston Conner. On Monday night, April 1, 2019, at Jeff Anderson Regional Hospital, the Lord said, "TIME TO REST," and Wilson slipped into eternal rest. Wilson was married to Ms. Johnnie Maye Griffin for five years in Gulfport, MS. They had one child, Helen Elizabeth (Daniel) Hayes, Gulfport, MS. Wilson received his education in the Clarke County Public School System. He was employed by Avery Denison as a forklift driver in the shipping and packing department. He also worked as an assembly line worker in the Van Zyverden Flower Plant. The full extent of his influence on the lives of countless co-workers cannot be qualified. While this is a small representation of his life, it is even a smaller grasp of Wilson's spirit. He leaves to-cherish in his memory a loving mother, Mrs. Helen Conner, seven siblings-James Conner,. Jr. and David Conner of Pittsburgh, CA; Henry Conner (Frances) of Meridian, MS; LeeVester Conner of Quitman, MS; Charles Conner and Annie (Bobby) Miller of Selma, AL; Rose Conner of Quitman, MS; Four grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
