I met Howard through his sister Peggy. He was always a fun and enjoyable person to be around. He had strong faith in God. He met my Mom and she called him Lovable Boy Jerome lol. RIP you will be missed by your family and friends

I met Howard through Peggy in the 70's. He had a big smile, always polite, fun loving. He was a great brother and gentleman. When I think of him I always picture him smiling. To the family, make the Peace, Strength and Comfort of He Who Creates be with you now and always. The Eddie/Elizabeth and Jerome Rackley Family.
Each time we think of Howard, we feel better because he always gave the extended family so much joy, happiness and laughter. Please accept our condolences on the loss of Cousin Howard. In deepest sympathy. Edgar, Shirley and Helen Stanton: Washington, DC

I met Howard through Peggy over 30yrs ago. He was such a sweet person who had such love for God and his family. I last spoke with him on his last visit here in Birmingham. He was such a joyful person and our last conversation had me laughing out loud. I'm very grateful to God for allowing our paths to cross. May God’s peace be with each family member. And may God also comfort and strengthen your hearts. Amen. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
