Johnny you are a wonderful big brother. You will be truly missed. I will cherish the memories of you and hold them in my heart.

Uncle Johnny, you will truly be missed. I'm so glad and thankful that we got a chance to see you and talk to you, via FaceTime. Family, although we cannot be there physically, know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers and we love you all dearly. Rest peacefully Uncle Johnny...
This is truly a sad time. For the loss of my brother.May he rest in peace. Older brother George.

I’ve known Uncle Johnny my entire life. He was so intelligent and no nonsense. The last time I saw him in person was at a nursing home in MS. before Stephanie took him to VA., which extended his life in my opinion. This particular day, Stephanie told him who I was and he hadn’t changed a bit; he said a dry hello like, don’t come in here acting silly. I don’t feel like it. Lol I got the hint immediately, kissed him on the cheek, told him goodbye and went to the lounge area. Last week I saw him through FaceTime; he looked so at peace and so young. He’s so smart, I think he knew who I was and remained quiet. Still had same personality to the end. He was always so kind to me when I spent the night at the big yellow house on the corner. It was Jean who did most of the discipline. I’d call Mama to pick me up before my spanking and she would get my spanking out the way before Mama came. Johnny wouldn’t say one word. LOL SMH
I’m so thankful I got to see him before he left. Stephanie, you took very good care of your parents and should know how much God favors you. You guys keep holding on to each other and know we’re all praying for you. Love, Tracie
