Mrs. Mildred Clark Carr was born to the late Marion and Minnie Clark, January 7, 1922 in Meridian, MS. The third of six children of which three preceded her in death, Ms Hazel Miller, Lucile Curry, and Leo Clark. She gave her life Read Obituary
